NICE(UK) is unable to make a recommendation about the use in the NHS of brensocatib for treating non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis in people 12 years and over.

This is because Insmed has confirmed that it does not intend to make an evidence submission for the evaluation at this time. This is because the company is currently uncertain about the implications of evolving international drug pricing policies. NICE will review the position if the company decides that it wants to make an evidence submission.
